Shipping Terms & Conditions

  1. Delivery days and times: Wednesday to Sunday, 10am–3pm. Weekend deliveries start from 9am.
  2. Delivery lead time: All orders require at least one day's notice. However orders over R700 require at least 2 days notice.
  3. Refunds, cancellations, or changes to orders within 24 hours of the delivery date are not permitted.
  4. If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the order, the order may be collected from Blouberg at an agreed time. The exact collection address will be provided via WhatsApp or email.
  5. While precautions are taken, all products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. As a result, products may come into contact with these allergens.
  6. Please note that all products are handmade and may therefore vary slightly from the images displayed on the website.
  7. Privacy policy: Any personal information collected through this website, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses, will be kept confidential and will not be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties except where necessary to process orders and payments or as required by law.
  8. Payment information:
    Payments made through our website are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
